Staying at this hotel was such a pleasant experience compared to my previous trips! the staff members were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. the room was spacious and clean, with a cozy sitting area and a well-equipped kitchen. I especially loved the breakfast at the restaurant; the cappuccino machine was a nice touch. the rooftop pool offered a stunning 360 view of Bangkok, where I spent most of my evenings relaxing and enjoying the city lights.
There were some dust and hair on the surfaces despite contacting housekeeping. This hotel has the potential to enhance their housekeeping services to ensure a spotless environment.
